Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken is delightfully crunchy, and is sure to be a hit with all age groups.
Horlicks Oats Powder 1 cup, Rice Flour 1/2 cup, Chicken 250 grams, Soya Sauce 1 tea spoon, Tomato Ketchup 1 tea spoon, Sugar 1 tea spoon, Garam Masala Powder 1 tea spoon, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tea spoon, Salt to taste, Horlicks Oats 1 cup, Red Chili Powder 1 tea spoon, Vinegar 1 tea spoon, Water as required, Oil as required.
Take powdered Horlicks oats in a bowl, add rice flour, vinegar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt (to taste), water and stir it to a thick batter.
Now marinate chicken pieces with the prepared batter and keep aside.
Prepare a mixture of Horlicks oats, salt, chili powder and keep aside.
Coat the marinated chicken pieces with prepared Horlicks oats mixture on both sides, deep fry them in hot oil and transfer to a serving plate.
Horlicks Oats Crispy Chicken is now ready to serve.
